Remote Support

Pelican Computer Solutions uses RSS, which allows us to securely connect to your computer anytime and anywhere in the world. Our technicians can remotely access your computers in real time and often resolve your issues without the need for a call-out.

If you require remote support from Pelican Computer Solutions, please download our help file, which will allow us to access your machine securely.

There are two versions of the file; one for PCs (Windows) and one for Macs (OS X).

Instructions for Windows installation
1. Click on the Run button

2. Click on the Run button

3. Fill in your Name and Address, click Next

4. Fill your Email address and Phone Number, click Next

4. A representative of Pelican Computer Solutions will repair your computer remotely.
